Karen began her career at Cincinnati Steel as our receptionist, quickly moved to purchasing assistant, and today is our purchasing agent. With over 27 years with our company, and nearly 20 years in purchasing, Karen is uniquely equipped to handle all of CSP's purchasing needs.

When Karen is not spending money for Cincinnati Steel. She spends her own money spoiling her granddaughter Abby.

Sheila Romans, Assistant Purchasing Agent
Sheila has over 20 years of customer service experience. Her background includes positions in sales, collections and as an administrative assistant.

In her free time, Sheila enjoys watching University of Kentucky basketball, reading and spending time with her husband Dennis, daughter Danicia and granddaughter Jolie.
