Outside Sales pros

Paul Julius, Sales Representative
Paul Julius came to Cincinnati Steel Products (CSP) over twenty years ago after stints working for Bethlehem Steel and Ryerson Steel. Paul covers part of Cincinnati, Columbus, and eastern Indiana. While he successfully covers a great deal of territory for CSP, Paul is also a connoisseur of pastry shops, as he would be able to tell you where each shop is located in his area.

In his free time, Paul hobbies include a life-long passion for sailing and activities with his grandchildren and friends. Most weekends you can find him enjoying the breezes on the waters of Rocky Fork Lake.

Kathy Hirschauer, Sales Representative
In 2006, Kathy celebrated her 25th anniversary with Cincinnati Steel Products. She has spent her entire career in our sales department. Kathy originally started in as a rep in inside sales and within a few years had moved on to the outside sales department. A few years later, she moved back to our sales desk as a part-time employee in order to make more time to spend with her two children. Recently, Kathy has again returned to full-time work as an outside salesperson covering Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and parts of central Ohio.

For Kathy, Cincinnati Steel is truly a "family affair." She has been married to her husband Steve, the plant manager for CSP for over 20 years and between them they bring over 60 years of experience to the company.

To keep busy, Kathy enjoys working out at the local YMCA and financing her two college age kids.

Ron Houston, Sales Representative
Salutes are in order when Ron calls on his customers. Ron came to Cincinnati Steel over 10 years ago after retiring from the U.S. Army. Ron served as an operating room technician and re-enlistment NCO in his 20+ years in the service and lived for many years in Germany.

Ron covers Louisville and Indianapolis for Cincinnati Steel and his customers love him for his homemade Christmas cookies.

Laura Murray, Sales Representative
Laura brings to Cincinnati Steel over 15 years of experience in customer service and sales. Laura's diverse background includes positions in accounting, employee training, sales and marketing and quality assurance. Laura also was a Customer Service Manager for several years.

Laura was a stay-at-home mom for several years to provide a loving atmosphere for her two young sons. Now that they are older, she has returned to the workforce on a part time basis. Laura also is very active in church and school activities. She has several hobbies that occupy her 'spare' time such as running, reading and gardening.

Jerry Russell, Sales Representative
Jerry is a fixture in the steel market in Louisville and central Kentucky. After over 35 years in the steel business, Jerry is like a neighbor to metal fabricators in the Bluegrass. His sense of humor and friendly attitude are an asset to the sales department at Cincinnati Steel.

Jerry's love of computers and technology are an asset as he travels Louisville. His laptop computer, blue-tooth enabled cell phone and GPS make Jerry a top-notch techno-geek as well as a top salesperson.
