Tom Kaucher, Inside Sales Manager
Tom Kaucher is the "grill master" of Cincinnati Steel Products. In between managing our sales desk and calling on accounts in Lexington, KY, Tom fires up the grill for all of the CSP grill outs. His idea of a perfect time is a beautiful day on the river, a smoking grill and the jet skis in the water.

Tom's 20+ years of experience in steel fabrication and distribution makes him well qualified to help our customers through the toughest problems.

Dena Roach, Inside Sales
Dena brings to Cincinnati Steel Products 16 years of customer service, sales, and account management experience. 13 of those years spent in the steel industry, after moving to Ohio upon graduation from Eastern Michigan University.

She also keeps busy going to her daughters activities (dance, basketball, soccer, and softball). Dena also fits in some running time, or flower gardening in between chauffeuring to all of these activities.
